POETRY PAGES

As any songwriter knows, poetry is the source of all lyrical content of every song ever written. Without the poet, there is no lyricist, and therefore no 'song.' A 'song' must include the word, or it is not a song, the are other musical terms for what it might be, but not a song. In that understanding I include the original form from which all advanced forms of music sprang; poetry.

On this page I will link to poetry that I feel appropriate (real, inspired, with content and substance, and occasionally humorous.) Anyone who would like to post theirs here is welcome. Bear in mind that this site is in no way commercially affiliated, supported, or otherwise in agreement with the current economic, political, and 'spiritual' systems. Thus we have no interest in exploiting anybody's work. We are too busy trying to exploit our own. LOL. Anybody who posts here exposes themselves (potentially at least) to the entire world, and should read our disclaimer about this if there are any latent fears. Copyright protection is in place.

Otherwise, enjoy.
